"Long ago, a holy war destroyed a nation. "Rudy Cafmeyer (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is a professional thief who specializes in stealing valuable religious artifacts. His father Oscar (Vernon Dobtcheff) is a renowned archeologist who has just discovered the lost scripture of a mysterious religious order while on an expedition in Israel. When Oscar's discovery eventually leads to his kidnapping, Rudy travels to Israel to find him, and soon finds himself involved in a twisted plot of lies and deception.
